1 Definitions

"Platform" means the bee998 website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at bee998.app. "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the Platform. "Funds" means any balance of BDT held in your Account. "Wager" means any bet placed on a sporting event, casino game, or other activity offered on the Platform. "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, or cashback offer granted by bee998.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account or by continuing to use the Platform after any update to these Terms, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account by contacting the support team.

bee998 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice posted on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3 Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on bee998, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or close associate of bee998 or any affiliated entity.
• You have not previously had an Account closed by bee998 for breach of these Terms.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion programme that prohibits you from accessing online gambling services.

bee998 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to request supporting documentation including but not limited to government-issued photo identification and proof of address.

4 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated Accounts being closed and any Funds being forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are required to notify bee998 promptly of any changes to your registration details. bee998 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to keep registration information up to date.

Accounts may not be transferred, sold, pledged, or otherwise assigned to any third party. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate closure of the Account and forfeiture of all Funds.

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

bee998 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with its anti-money-laundering obligations. You may be required at any time — including before a withdrawal is processed — to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (National ID, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account registered in your name).

Until KYC verification is completed to bee998's satisfaction, withdrawals may be withheld. bee998 reserves the right to close any Account where satisfactory verification cannot be completed within a reasonable period.

6 Deposits

Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. bee998 does not accept deposits from third parties. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All deposits are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

bee998 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. Deposit limits may apply at the platform level or at the individual account level. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and are subject to change without prior notice.

bee998 reserves the right to decline a deposit or reverse a credited deposit where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise agreed in writing by bee998. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

Before a withdrawal can be approved, the Account must have passed KYC verification (see Section 5) and all applicable wagering requirements on any active Bonus must have been satisfied. bee998 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the volume of pending requests.

bee998 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend the processing time. In cases where fraudulent activity is suspected, bee998 may withhold a withdrawal pending full investigation.

8 Bonuses and Promotions

All Bonuses offered by bee998 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the time window specified in the promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any winnings derived from Bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Each promotional offer may be claimed once per player, household, IP address, device, and payment method, unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• bee998 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and carry no cash value outside of the Platform.
• Evidence of Bonus abuse, including but not limited to coordinated wagering designed to circumvent wagering requirements, will result in forfeiture of all Bonus funds and associated winnings.

9 Betting Rules

All wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific game rules and betting rules applicable to the relevant product (sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, etc.). These rules are published within each product section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by incorporation.

bee998 reserves the right to void any Wager where: (a) a clear pricing or technical error has occurred; (b) the outcome of the event has been influenced by illegal activity; (c) the Wager was placed in breach of these Terms; or (d) the integrity of the event is in serious doubt. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Account.

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all Wagers and are displayed at the point of bet placement. Stakes exceeding the published maximum may be reduced by bee998 without notice.

10 Responsible Gaming

bee998 takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. The Platform provides the following player-protection tools, all of which are accessible from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit ceilings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive in-platform notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to the Platform for a chosen period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and block re-registration for a minimum period of 6 months.

11 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bee998 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Funds, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place Wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Collusion with other players to achieve an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or third-party payment instruments.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Money laundering or using the Platform for any purpose connected with illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider trading on sporting events, or any other conduct that undermines the integrity of sports or casino games.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the bee998 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software code, game interfaces, and the bee998 brand name — is the exclusive property of bee998 or its licensed content providers. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of bee998.

Game content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is licensed to bee998 for display on the Platform.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bee998 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failures, network interruptions, or force majeure events.

bee998 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and reserves the right to suspend, modify, or withdraw any product or service at any time without notice. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features.

In no event shall bee998's total aggregate liability to any player exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14 Privacy and Data Protection

bee998 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent at any time by closing your Account, subject to bee998's legal obligations to retain certain data for a defined period.

15 Account Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining verified Funds will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deduction of any outstanding obligations. Bonus balances and associated pending winnings are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

bee998 reserves the right to close any Account at its sole discretion, including where a breach of these Terms has been identified. In cases of closure due to breach, bee998 may withhold Funds pending investigation.

16 Complaints and Dispute Resolution

17 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws governing online entertainment platforms and digital services in the jurisdiction in which bee998 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies as determined by bee998's operating framework.

18 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remainder of the Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

19 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and bee998 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings relating to the same subject matter.
